I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the city center of Köln. The location was perfect, conveniently next to the town hall in a quiet cul de sac. The staff were really friendly and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed. The rooms had a nice interior design and were spacious, with an excellent size bathroom. The breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of options including some beautiful homemade items. The views from the hotel of the city's roofs were stunning.

Everything was perfect, no improvements needed.

The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from. The homemade items were a definite highlight. The location of the hotel couldn't have been better - it was central to many great restaurants and close to all the popular tourist spots. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.

The noise was a bit of an issue. We were on the highest floor and the sound of the rain on the roof window made it difficult to sleep well.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! Cleanliness was perfect, with the room polished in every single detail. The hotel facilities were excellent, including the brand new air conditioning and the spacious bathroom. The location was unbeatable, right in the center of everything, close to excellent museums and the Christmas markets. It was also very convenient being so close to the railway station. The breakfast was superb, with a good variety of top quality food.

The location was perfect for our family stay. We were able to walk to all the sights of the city, including the river and the old market. The hotel was also very close to the train station, which was convenient for our travels. The room was comfortable and nicely appointed, with tea and coffee making facilities. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious.

That there was no elevator in the hotel. However, the staff were kind enough to assist us with our luggage, so it wasn't a major inconvenience.

From the moment we checked in, the attention to detail and warm hospitality made us feel right at home. The room was immaculate and well-appointed, with every detail carefully thought out. The comfortable bed ensured a great night's sleep. The breakfast spread was amazing, with a wide variety of high-quality options. The central location was perfect, with easy access to transportation and the city's attractions. Despite being in the heart of the city, the double glazing effectively minimized any street noise. I cannot recommend Stern Am Rathaus enough. It was so nice in every way and I will definitely be returning.
